Who we are
New2U Technologies Europe runs this site and is responsible for your data. Contact: hi@new2u.bg.
What we collect
For orders: your name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought. Card and instalment payments are handled by our payment provider (Whop); we never see card numbers. For devices you sell us: your contact details, the device and its IMEI or serial number, your answers about its condition, inspection notes and photos, the courier tracking number and, for the payout, your bank account (IBAN), which is stored encrypted. For warranty claims and messages: what you tell us. If you give us your email, we remember which product pages you view so we can remind you about them.
Why we use it
To complete orders, buy and pay for devices, handle returns and warranty claims, and keep you updated by email at every step (needed to provide the service). To meet legal duties such as accounting records and checks that a device is not stolen. To email you about new stock and offers, only if you opted in, or, if you already bought from us, with an easy way to say no in every email. If you give us your email at checkout or on a product page and don’t finish, or look at the same product twice, we may send you a short reminder; every reminder has an unsubscribe link and stops for good once you use it.
How long we keep it
Orders and buyback records: as long as accounting law requires (usually 10 years). Bank details for payouts: until the payout is done and checked. Inspection photos: up to 2 years. Product-view history: 90 days. Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the shop for us: Whop (website hosting, payments), Supabase (database, in the EU), Resend (sending emails) and the courier you choose (Econt or Speedy). We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to stop marketing at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link and a preferences link). Write to hi@new2u.bg. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
